Welcome to ReliableMC LLC. By using our services, contacting us via phone or SMS, or submitting a request through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

We provide residential general contracting, home repair and maintenance services to customers located in Eagle County and limited surrounding area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Customer Communications

We communicate with customers primarily through Phone, Email, and SMS. By initiating contact with us, you consent to receive service-related messages, including:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Responses to inquiries
Notifications regarding invoices or payments

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. For help please text HELP or contact us using one of the methods provided at the end of these terms.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via Email & SMS.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept credit card, cash, check, online payment.
Invoices will be sent via Email or SMS when applicable.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Service Guarantee & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days, so we can address the issue.

However, we are not liable for:

Damages resulting from misuse or neglect of serviced systems
Delays caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control
Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors, scheduling platforms)

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
